I recently saw one of those health eating alternative articles talking about three of the most addictive foods that most people eat and three alternatives for those foods. The three foods that this post chose to focus on were french fries, soda and pizza which if we are talking about the most eaten junk foods I would have to agree that en mass those are probably at the top of the junk food chain for most addictive.
It did get me to thinking about what my three most addictive foods are that I eat because I can tell you that it’s not those three. First off I don’t drink soda at all but I do like me a good cup of coffee in the morning and I usually have about two of those a day during my work week. So I guess coffee would be my soda now in terms of actual addictive foods that I eat the first and most obvious one for me would be ice cream, I love me some ice cream! The third and final food choice for me is also pretty easy and that would be a burger, just like ice cream I love me some burgers and if I could I would probably eat a burger everyday.
